এই নীতিগুলি ট্রেন্ডস গ্লোবের অফিসিয়াল ওয়েবসাইট এবং সমস্ত অনুমোদিত সোশ্যাল মিডিয়া প্ল্যাটফর্মের মাধ্যমে পরিচালিত সকল ব্যবসায়িক কার্যকলাপের জন্য প্রযোজ্য।

ক্রয় এবং বিক্রয়ের শর্তাবলী

গ্রাহকরা আমাদের অফিসিয়াল ওয়েবসাইট এবং অনুমোদিত সামাজিক প্ল্যাটফর্ম থেকে নির্ভরযোগ্যভাবে পণ্য অর্ডার করতে পারেন।

একবার অর্ডার নিশ্চিত হয়ে গেলে, আমরা যত তাড়াতাড়ি সম্ভব পণ্যটি ডেলিভারি করার চেষ্টা করব।

পণ্যের প্রাপ্যতার উপর নির্ভর করে, ট্রেন্ডস গ্লোব যেকোনো অর্ডার গ্রহণ বা বাতিল করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।

ডেলিভারি নীতি

বাংলাদেশের অভ্যন্তরে:

অর্ডার নিশ্চিতকরণের ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে ডেলিভারি প্রক্রিয়া শুরু হয়।

আন্তর্জাতিকভাবে:

গন্তব্য এবং পণ্যের ধরণের উপর ভিত্তি করে, ডেলিভারিতে সাধারণত ১ থেকে ৭ কার্যদিবস সময় লাগে।

বিশেষ পরিস্থিতিতে, এটি ১৫ দিন পর্যন্ত সময় নিতে পারে।

অর্থপ্রদানের পদ্ধতি

বাংলাদেশী গ্রাহকদের জন্য:

ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (COD) পদ্ধতি উপলব্ধ আছে। ডেবিট/ক্রেডিট কার্ড এবং অনুমোদিত অনলাইন পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ে ব্যবহার করা যাবে।

কোনো দেশের জন্যই অগ্রিম অর্থপ্রদান বাধ্যতামূলক নয়। পণ্য গ্রহণ এবং যাচাই করার পরে সম্পূর্ণ অর্থপ্রদান করা যাবে।

আন্তর্জাতিক গ্রাহকদের জন্য:

শুধুমাত্র আন্তর্জাতিক ডেবিট/ক্রেডিট কার্ড বা অনলাইন পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ে গ্রহণ করা হয়।

আন্তর্জাতিকভাবে ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (COD) প্রযোজ্য নয়।

কোনো দেশের জন্যই অগ্রিম অর্থপ্রদান বাধ্যতামূলক নয়। পণ্য গ্রহণ এবং যাচাই করার পরে সম্পূর্ণ অর্থপ্রদান করা যাবে।

পণ্য গ্রহণ ও যাচাইকরণের শর্তাবলী

গ্রাহকদের অবশ্যই ডেলিভারির সময় পণ্যটি যাচাই করে নিতে হবে।

যদি কোনো ত্রুটি বা ক্ষতি লক্ষ্য করা যায়, পণ্যটি অবিলম্বে ফেরত দেওয়া যাবে।

পণ্য ব্যবহারের পরে বা দেরিতে করা কোনো অভিযোগ গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।

এই শর্তাবলী আন্তর্জাতিক অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রেও প্রযোজ্য।

ফেরত ও রিফান্ড নীতি

ত্রুটিপূর্ণ পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে, অবিলম্বে পণ্য ফেরত নিয়ে রিফান্ড বা প্রতিস্থাপন প্রদান করা হবে।

রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া সম্পন্ন হতে ৭ কার্যদিবস পর্যন্ত সময় লাগতে পারে।

শুধুমাত্র অব্যবহৃত এবং আসল প্যাকেজিং-এ থাকা পণ্যই ফেরতের জন্য যোগ্য বলে বিবেচিত হবে।

বিক্রয়োত্তর সেবা

ওয়ারেন্টির বিবরণ (যদি প্রযোজ্য হয়) পণ্যের বিবরণে উল্লেখ করা থাকবে।

ওয়ারেন্টি দাবি করার জন্য ক্রয়ের রসিদ এবং অর্ডার নম্বর প্রয়োজন।

বিভাগ ১৩ - নিষিদ্ধ ব্যবহার (PROHIBITED USES)

আপনি শুধুমাত্র আইনসম্মত উদ্দেশ্যে পরিষেবাগুলি অ্যাক্সেস এবং ব্যবহার করতে পারেন। আপনি প্রত্যক্ষ বা পরোক্ষভাবে পরিষেবাগুলি অ্যাক্সেস বা ব্যবহার করতে পারবেন না: (ক) কোনো বেআইনি বা দূষিত উদ্দেশ্যে; (খ) কোনো আন্তর্জাতিক, ফেডারেল, প্রাদেশিক বা রাষ্ট্রীয় প্রবিধান, নিয়ম, আইন বা স্থানীয় অধ্যাদেশ লঙ্ঘন করতে; (গ) আমাদের মেধা সম্পত্তি অধিকার বা অন্যদের মেধা সম্পত্তি অধিকার লঙ্ঘন করতে; (ঘ) আমাদের কোনো কর্মচারী বা অন্য কোনো ব্যক্তিকে হয়রানি, অপমান, অসম্মান, ক্ষতি, মানহানি, কুৎসা, বদনাম, ভীতি প্রদর্শন বা ক্ষতি করতে; (ঙ) মিথ্যা বা বিভ্রান্তিকর তথ্য প্রেরণ করতে; (চ) এই শর্তাবলী মেনে চলে না এমন কোনো উপাদান পাঠাতে, জেনেশুনে গ্রহণ করতে, আপলোড, ডাউনলোড, ব্যবহার বা পুনরায় ব্যবহার করতে; (ছ) কোনো বিজ্ঞাপন বা প্রচারমূলক উপাদান, যার মধ্যে কোনো "জাঙ্ক মেইল," "চেইন লেটার," "স্প্যাম," বা অন্য কোনো অনুরূপ অনুরোধ প্রেরণ বা প্রেরণের ব্যবস্থা করতে; (জ) অন্য কোনো ব্যক্তি বা সত্তার ছদ্মবেশ ধারণ বা ছদ্মবেশ ধারণের চেষ্টা করতে; বা (ঝ) অন্য কোনো আচরণে জড়িত হতে যা পরিষেবাগুলির কারো ব্যবহার বা উপভোগকে সীমাবদ্ধ বা বাধা দেয়, বা যা, আমাদের দ্বারা নির্ধারিত হিসাবে, ট্রেন্ডস গ্লোব, শপিফাই বা পরিষেবাগুলির ব্যবহারকারীদের ক্ষতি করতে পারে, বা তাদের দায়বদ্ধতার মুখোমুখি করতে পারে।

এছাড়াও, আপনি সম্মত হচ্ছেন যে: (ক) ভাইরাস বা অন্য কোনো ধরনের দূষিত কোড আপলোড বা প্রেরণ করবেন না যা পরিষেবাগুলির কার্যকারিতা বা পরিচালনাকে প্রভাবিত করবে বা করতে পারে; (খ) পরিষেবাগুলির কোনো অংশ পুনরুৎপাদন, অনুলিপি, কপি, বিক্রয়, পুনঃবিক্রয় বা শোষণ করবেন না; (গ) অন্যদের ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য সংগ্রহ বা ট্র্যাক করবেন না; (ঘ) স্প্যাম, ফিশ, ফার্ম, প্রিটেক্সট, স্পাইডার, ক্রল বা স্ক্র্যাপ করবেন না; বা (ঙ) পরিষেবা বা কোনো সম্পর্কিত ওয়েবসাইট, অন্যান্য ওয়েবসাইট বা ইন্টারনেটের নিরাপত্তা বৈশিষ্ট্যগুলিতে হস্তক্ষেপ বা বাধা সৃষ্টি করবেন না। আমরা যদি নির্ধারণ করি যে আপনি এই শর্তাবলীর কোনো অংশ লঙ্ঘন করেছেন, তাহলে আমরা যেকোনো সময়, বিজ্ঞপ্তি ছাড়াই, আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট স্থগিত, নিষ্ক্রিয় বা বন্ধ করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করি।

বিভাগ ১৪ - সমাপ্তি (TERMINATION)

যেকোনো সমাপ্তির পরেও নিম্নলিখিত বিভাগগুলি প্রযোজ্য থাকবে: মেধা সম্পত্তি, মতামত, সমাপ্তি, ওয়ারেন্টির অস্বীকৃতি, দায়বদ্ধতার সীমাবদ্ধতা, क्षतिপূরণ, বিভাজ্যতা, মওকুফ; সম্পূর্ণ চুক্তি, অ্যাসাইনমেন্ট, নিয়ন্ত্রক আইন, গোপনীয়তা নীতি, এবং অন্য কোনো বিধান যা তাদের প্রকৃতি অনুসারে সমাপ্তির পরেও টিকে থাকা উচিত।

বিভাগ ১৫ - ওয়ারেন্টির অস্বীকৃতি (DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES)

পরিষেবাগুলির মাধ্যমে বা তাতে উপস্থাপিত তথ্য শুধুমাত্র সাধারণ তথ্যের উদ্দেশ্যে উপলব্ধ করা হয়েছে। আমরা এই তথ্যের নির্ভুলতা, সম্পূর্ণতা বা উপযোগিতার ওয়ারেন্টি দিই না। এই ধরনের তথ্যের উপর আপনার যেকোনো নির্ভরতা কঠোরভাবে আপনার নিজের ঝুঁকিতে। আপনার বা পরিষেবাগুলির অন্য কোনো দর্শকের দ্বারা এই ধরনের উপকরণের উপর কোনো নির্ভরতা থেকে উদ্ভূত সমস্ত দায়বদ্ধতা এবং দায়িত্ব আমরা অস্বীকার করি।

বিভাগ ১৬ - দায়বদ্ধতার সীমাবদ্ধতা (LIMITATION OF LIABILITY)

আইন দ্বারা প্রদত্ত পূর্ণাঙ্গ পরিমাণে, কোনো ক্ষেত্রেই ট্রেন্ডস গ্লোব, আমাদের অংশীদার, পরিচালক, কর্মকর্তা, কর্মচারী, অধিভুক্ত, এজেন্ট, ঠিকাদার, পরিষেবা প্রদানকারী বা লাইসেন্সকারী, বা শপিফাই এবং এর অধিভুক্তদের কেউই কোনো আঘাত, ক্ষতি, দাবি, বা কোনো প্রত্যক্ষ, পরোক্ষ, আনুষঙ্গিক, শাস্তিমূলক, বিশেষ, বা ফলস্বরূপ ক্ষতির জন্য দায়ী থাকবে না, যার মধ্যে সীমাবদ্ধতা ছাড়াই, হারানো লাভ, হারানো রাজস্ব, হারানো সঞ্চয়, ডেটার ক্ষতি, প্রতিস্থাপন খরচ, বা কোনো অনুরূপ ক্ষতি অন্তর্ভুক্ত, তা চুক্তিতে आधारित হোক, টর্ট (অবহেলা সহ), কঠোর দায়বদ্ধতা বা অন্যথায়, আপনার পরিষেবাগুলির কোনোটির ব্যবহার বা পরিষেবাগুলি ব্যবহার করে সংগ্রহ করা কোনো পণ্য থেকে উদ্ভূত, বা পরিষেবা বা কোনো পণ্যের আপনার ব্যবহারের সাথে কোনোভাবে সম্পর্কিত অন্য কোনো দাবির জন্য, যার মধ্যে সীমাবদ্ধতা ছাড়াই, কোনো বিষয়বস্তুতে কোনো ত্রুটি বা বাদ পড়া, বা পরিষেবা বা কোনো বিষয়বস্তু (বা পণ্য) পোস্ট, প্রেরণ, বা অন্যথায় পরিষেবাগুলির মাধ্যমে উপলব্ধ করার ফলে হওয়া কোনো ধরনের ক্ষতি বা লোকসান অন্তর্ভুক্ত, এমনকি যদি তাদের সম্ভাবনার বিষয়ে পরামর্শ দেওয়া হয়।

বিভাগ ১৭ - क्षतिপূরণ (INDEMNIFICATION)

আপনি ট্রেন্ডস গ্লোব, শপিফাই এবং আমাদের অধিভুক্ত, অংশীদার, কর্মকর্তা, পরিচালক, কর্মচারী, এজেন্ট, ঠিকাদার, লাইসেন্সকারী এবং পরিষেবা প্রদানকারীদের কোনো ক্ষতি, লোকসান, দায়বদ্ধতা বা দাবি, যার মধ্যে যুক্তিসঙ্গত অ্যাটর্নি ফি অন্তর্ভুক্ত, থেকে क्षतिপূরণ দিতে, রক্ষা করতে এবং নির্দোষ রাখতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন, যা কোনো তৃতীয় পক্ষকে (১) আপনার এই পরিষেবার শর্তাবলী বা তারা রেফারেন্স দ্বারা অন্তর্ভুক্ত করা নথিগুলির লঙ্ঘনের কারণে, (২) আপনার কোনো আইন বা তৃতীয় পক্ষের অধিকার লঙ্ঘনের কারণে, বা (৩) আপনার পরিষেবাগুলিতে অ্যাক্সেস এবং ব্যবহারের কারণে বা এর ফলে উদ্ভূত হয়।

আমরা আপনাকে যেকোনো ক্ষতিপূরণযোগ্য দাবি সম্পর্কে অবহিত করব, তবে দ্রুত অবহিত করতে ব্যর্থতা আপনাকে আপনার বাধ্যবাধকতা থেকে মুক্তি দেবে না যদি না আপনি বস্তুগতভাবে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হন। আমরা আপনার খরচে এই ধরনের দাবির প্রতিরক্ষা এবং নিষ্পত্তি নিয়ন্ত্রণ করতে পারি, যার মধ্যে কাউন্সেল পছন্দ অন্তর্ভুক্ত, তবে আপনার সম্মতি ছাড়া (যা অযৌক্তিকভাবে আটকে রাখা হবে না) আপনার কাছ থেকে অ-আর্থিক বাধ্যবাধকতার প্রয়োজন হয় এমন কোনো দাবি নিষ্পত্তি করব না। আপনি প্রাসঙ্গিক নথি সরবরাহ সহ ক্ষতিপূরণযোগ্য দাবির প্রতিরক্ষায় সহযোগিতা করবেন।
